Create New User

  1. From the Control Tower, select Profiles drop down menu and choose New User.
  2. A new User Profile tab displays. Unless otherwise noted, please consider all items listed herein as mandatory.
  3. Input basic information; First Name, Last Name, User Type, Email Address, Mobile Phone*, Shift^, Login, Password.
    1.  For Technicians to be notified by mobile phone text vs email, update the
      Carrier field as applicable and then update the Notification field to Text Message.
    2.  Users must be assigned a shift to enable them to display as an option for scheduling.
  4. Select the Save button.
