1. Select the Preferred Technician dropdown within the customer profile and a user search form will open as shown in the images below.

  2. Select the Search button at the bottom of the blank User Search form to display a list of Field Technician names as shown in the image below:
  3. Select the applicable Field Technician from the list.

  4. Select Save.

Note: The Preferred Technician will show up in the Scheduler. Dispatchers can still assign the job to another Field Technician if necessary. When using the Auto Scheduler to assign jobs, the Preferred Field Technician is the first criteria the system reviews.
