Customer Overview

A Customer in AgileField is any person or company where you provide a product or service.  Customers can include companies, accounts, clients, people, etc.   In AgileField, a Customer is selected for each Job to indicate where the work will be performed.

Create a New Customer

To enter a new Customer in the Control Tower, follow the steps below:

1. From the Control Tower, select the Customers drop down.

2. Select New Customer.

3. A new Customer Profile tab displays.

4. Input all required fields for a Customer:

  • Company
  • Account Number (unique identifier)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Customer Type
  • Email
  • Notification
  • Address 1
  • City
  • State
  • Zip

5. Select Save.
