A Customer in AgileField is any person or company where you provide a product or service. Customers can include companies, accounts, clients, people, etc. In AgileField, a Customer is selected for each Job to indicate where the work will be performed.
Before we add your Customers into AgileField, there are a few things we should do (or consider) first. Follow each of the steps below to get started with your initial setup for Customers.
Customer Types are used to classify your Customer base.
Examples: Commercial, Residential, Property Manager, Property Owner, Home Builder, Community, Lot, Tenant, etc...
**If your company has a Parent/Child Customer hierarchy, please see our page: Setting Up Your Customer Hierarchy
